Why is the airbrush still clogging after cleaning?

Persistent clogging may be caused by dried paint remaining inside the nozzle or fluid passage, paint that is too thick for the nozzle size, pigment particles or debris, or a damaged nozzle. Recheck the paint path and inspect the needle and nozzle before reassembly.
