Before we jump in, here is what you’ll find in the box. The Mobius 0.3mm is built for efficiency and comes with a wide round air cap and a large 1/3 Ultra Mirror Level Gravity Fluid Cup. Both the 0.3mm needle and 0.3mm nozzle are pre-installed, so you're ready for action immediately. Lastly, you’ll find a quick-disconnect male fitting.

Section Title: How To Clean The Mobius 0.3mm?
We recommend cleaning the airbrush every time you switch colors, or when you have finished using it. Even with the increased flow of the 0.3mm nozzle, dried paint remains the enemy of performance.
To clean the Mobius, start by pouring out any excess paint. The 1/3 Ultra Mirror Level Cup features an ultra-smooth inner surface, so most of the residue should slide right out. Pour in your preferred airbrush cleaner.
Next, block the air from coming out of the nozzle. You can do this by using the provided rubber cap or by pinching the wide round air cap with your fingers. Slowly press and pull back the Ergonomic Square Lever to start the reverse flow process. This agitates and dissolves paint stuck inside the spiral micro air channels. Do this for about 10 seconds, then spray the cleaner out. Repeat until the liquid is clear.

For deep cleaning, we recommend a full disassembly.
Start by unscrewing the airbrush handle. You’ll see the Functional Cutaway Design here—take a moment to note the spiral element that allows for tension adjustment. Loosen the needle chucking nut to release the needle.
Next, pull the needle out slightly, then unscrew the air cap and nozzle cap. Crucial Step: Once the nozzle is removed, push the needle back in and remove it from the front of the airbrush. Do not pull the needle out through the back; this prevents the needle tip from bumping into internal parts and avoids dragging paint into the trigger mechanism.
Unscrew the spring sleeve and remove the spring, the needle chucking guide, and the adjustment knob. Remove the square main lever and the air valve. Finally, use the specialized tool to remove the needle packing guide. If you are soaking these parts, ensure all rubber o-rings are removed first to avoid chemical damage.

Once dry, it’s time to reassemble.
First, screw in the air valve and the needle packing guide, then drop the square trigger back into the body. Insert the needle chucking guide. Watch the angle here: If the plate is misaligned, your lever will feel stuck or won't return smoothly. Insert the spring, then screw in the spring sleeve.
Insert the needle from the front to the back. Place the 0.3mm nozzle in, then secure the nozzle cap and the wide round air cap. Gently push the needle forward from the back until it seats firmly—do not use force. Secure it by tightening the needle chucking nut, put back the handle, and you’re done.

1. Forcing the Needle: Forcing the needle in can bend the tip or damage the nozzle. Always insert from the front to the back to avoid internal collisions.
2. Trigger Issues: If your main lever feels stuck, it’s usually paint residue or an incorrectly installed needle chucking guide. Disassemble and check the alignment.
3. Excessive Air Pressure: High PSI causes overspray and inconsistent patterns. We recommend 15–25 PSI for fine details and 25–40 PSI for general coverage.
